Chef Robert Green specializes in classical French cuisine with a fresh Southern twist. Growing up in New Orleans, food was a huge part of his life. He enjoys spending time with his family in the kitchen.
After taking up Hotel/Restaurant Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, he followed his true passion, food. He graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2001 and has been cooking ever since.
Robert worked in various fine dining restaurants nationwide for many years before establishing Geaux Green Gourmet in 2020. His passion lies in taking a more personal approach to sharing his culinary expertise and love for food with others. He loves interacting with his clients to ensure they enjoy a truly memorable experience.
